It would be nice to get together once in a while to discuss things in the office to allow a free flow of ideas and opinion. Don&#8217;t forget to express your side in the process (you&#8217;re the boss, remember!) the best you could and if you can&#8217;t do it alone, you might have to do some reading on how to convey your ideas. There are good people and there are brilliant people who with a few words can rally others quite easily to support your clause. Complacency is the killer of success and assuming you are the best would be the sure sign that somewhere out there is somebody better than you!</p>
