Counseling Problems for the Marketing Manager – Part 2
Job adjustment – every company has organizational pressures as illustrated by the need to fill in requirements, follow policies and procedures, and be able to rise above work overload. If the employee is not to be affected by such pressures in his daily work, it is necessary that he be able to conform to these pressures.
Social adjustment – organizations are made up of different groups of people interacting with each other, each one with different beliefs, attitudes, and idiosyncrasies. The manager should be able to help people find a way to relate with one another which would create harmony and build camaraderie.
